Megan Thee Stallion has said that she’s working on a screenplay.

In a new interview with Variety, the rapper confirmed she was working on a feature film script. “It’s gonna be something that definitely blows your mind; you’ve never seen it before,” she said.

Megan did not specify what genre the film would be, or any plot points. However, she’s a vocal fan of horror films, recently talking to Dazed about her love of The Evil Dead, The Grudge, and the Insidious series. In the Variety interview, she affirms her horror buff status.

Elsewhere in the interview, she also confirms that she will appear again as a judge in the HBO ballroom show Legendary. 

One thing she does not discuss in the interview is the July shooting incident she was involved with, in which she suffered gunshot wounds and which resulted in rapper Tory Lanez being arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon in his vehicle. The interview was conducted after that incident, but discussion was off-limits.
