100 gecs share a release date and tracklist for their upcoming remix album

Hannah Diamond, Tommy Cash, Fall Out Boy, Charli XCX, and more appear on 1000 gecs and The Tree of Clues

100 gecs’ long-awaited 1000 gecs remix album, 1000 gecs and The Tree of Clues, has been given a release date and tracklist after months of teasing, following the earlier release of some individual collabs featuring the likes of Charli XCX and PC Music’s A.G. Cook.

The full record will be released next week (July 10), and will include new remixes featuring artists from Hannah Diamond and Tommy Cash, to Fall Out Boy.

As suggested by the electronic duo – and Dazed 100ers – in the past, 1000 gecs and The Tree of Clues will also contain previously-released remixes, featuring Rico Nasty and Kero Kero Benito – who collaborated with Charli XCX on “ringtone (remix)” – as well as A.G. Cook, GFOTY, Injury Reserve, and Dorian Electra.

“It’s an army of friends – people who showed support for the original album, people who reached out to us and said they wanted to get involved, and others who we really just wanted on the album,” 100 gecs’ Laura Les told Dazed in April, when the remix album had just been wrapped up. “We had a ton of remixes after we posted our stems for the original album.”
