Listen to Lady Gaga and BLACKPINK’s collaboration, ‘Sour Candy’

The latest transmission from Chromatica before the album drops at midnight

Ahead of tomorrow’s release of Lady Gaga’s new album Chromatica, the singer has shared a new track, “Sour Candy”, a collaboration with K-pop stars BLACKPINK.

“I wanted to celebrate them because they love powerful women like us, and they also wanted to celebrate me, and we had a great time together with this song,” Gaga said of working with BLACKPINK in an interview Japanese outlet TV Groove. “I was excited to hear them interpret the song in Korean, and told them that the part was so creative and fun.”

The track lands shortly after the release of “Rain on Me”, Gaga’s previous team-up with Ariana Grande.

Chromatica lands at midnight tonight, following a pandemic-related delay from its original release. It includes a further collaboration with Elton John. The album is executive produced by BloodPop® and Lady Gaga.

Listen to “Sour Candy” below.
