The Donick Cary-directed film explores the history and cultural impact of psychedelic drugs as well as their potential utility in treating depression. It features different celebrities discussing their experiences with psychedelics. “No lie, a rainbow shot out of my dick,” A$AP Rocky says in the trailer. Sting, Sarah Silverman, Ben Stiller, Anthony Bourdain, and Carrie Fisher also appear in the film. Have a Good Trip: Adventures in Psychedelics was meant to premiere at SXSW this year before the festival was cancelled due to the global pandemic.
