Bearing in mind that Kid A celebrates its 20th anniversary this October, the timing of this new “Treefingers” release is certainly curious. Radiohead previously celebrated the 20th anniversary of OK Computer with an expanded reissue titled OKNOTOK in 2017 – could their seminal Kid A be receiving the same treatment? A 20th anniversary edition of Kid A would fit the band’s recent nostalgic mood. The group recently launched a Radiohead ‘Public Library’ that included an extensive catalogue of rare tracks and archive footage in high quality for fans to obsess over.
