Watch Billie Eilish perform her new Bond theme live for the first time

The singer was accompanied by her brother Finneas, Hans Zimmer, and Johnny Marr at the 2020 Brits

The new James Bond theme song, written and performed by Billie Eilish, had its live debut at the 2020 Brits tonight, where the singer was also joined by Hans Zimmer and the former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr.

Eilish also took the stage alongside her brother and producer, Finneas, who co-wrote the eponymous song for the upcoming film, No Time to Die.

The track was released by Eilish last week (February 14) and strikes a pretty solid balance between her signature singing style and the franchise’s instantly-recognisable instrumentation.

Before even singing a note, though, Eilish also made an impression at the awards show in a lot of Burberry (bonnet included).

This came after an interview with the BBC, in which she – besides discussing the new theme song – says that reading Instagram comments was “ruining her life” and talks deeper on the harmful nature of online discussions.

Watch her first performance of the new theme song below.
