St. Vincent’s ‘Fast Slow Disco’ video

Watch St. Vincent party with leather daddies in her steamy new video

‘Slow Fast Disco’ is a clubbed-up remix of MASSEDUCTION track ‘Slow Disco’

St. Vincent has shared a steamy’n’sensual video for “Fast Slow Disco”, a reworked version of her MASSEDUCTION track “Slow Disco”.

Where the original song’s beatless songwriting was accentuated by lush strings, this new version is a dance floor track driven by a pumping 4x4 drumbeat and synth bassline. Appropriately, the video takes place in a gay club, with Annie Clark surrounded by a cadre of leather daddies.

“I always felt this song could wear many different outfits and live many different lives,” Clark says of the video in a press release. “Here she is in disco pants, sweating on a New York dance floor.”
