The zine, which doubles as a poster, has over 60,000 followers world wide, and features everyone from Patti Smith to Yoko Ono to Late of the Pier to the best up and coming bands and DJ's. Hanna is also the beauty editor at i-D magazine, as well as an international DJ. "If you’re going to do something, you should do it for yourself. P.i.X is something I love doing. It’s about showing support.” Name a person or organisation that shares your DIY ethos, and explain why.Well, obviously Princess Julia, with whom I do the P.i.X. She's very gung ho about doing new things, giving anything ago. Anything is possible, which is why making the P.i.X works; there are no boundaries or limits. Also sharing this view I'd say were my close friends Katie Shillingford, Matthew Stone and Gareth Pugh....Do you think the recession has helped or hindered your creativity? Why?I don't think it's made any difference to be honest. I've always had the attitude where I do what I want to do, things I love and enjoy. Money doesn't really come it to that does it?Music for a revolution - what song sums up your attitude?It changes daily. This morning it was Marianne Faithfull's 'Crane Wife 3' and Bob Marley's 'Exodus' album. Tomorrow it is liable to be something totally different again.What other period inspires you the most, and why?People always say 'the 70s', the 80's, but i think it's too easy to goldenize the past. i get inspired about things that are happening now.
