This week, UK vocalist/producer/rapper GAIKA celebrated signing to Warp with an explosive new track, “3D”. It’s a banger, but it comes as part of an unusually banger-heavy week that saw East London rapper J Hus return with his first track in seven months (the triple AAA-rated belter “Playing Sports”), Swet Shop Boys (the duo of British-Pakistani actor/MC Riz Ahmed and Indian-American former Das Racist rapper Heems) release the powerful “T5”, and West Coast rappers Cam & China make their second playlist appearance in as many weeks (last week they featured on Rushmore’s “Grindin’ All Day”).
