The “Losing You” singer posted two mysterious preview clips of the project on her Instagram account on Sunday (June 5). One revealed a group of “beautiful babes” in blue leotards crawling out from a metal cage, while the other showed a short snippet of a camera monitor. “Creating and composing something special for the @Tate Museum,” she teased. “And these beautiful babes who made my whole entire life.” The project is likely to coincide with the opening of the gallery’s new building on June 17, which will apparently be dedicated exclusively to “live art, film and installations” – though no other details have been shared at this stage. The only other hint given by Knowles was that it would include filmmaker Alan Del Rio Ortiz and photographer Carlota Guerrero. The latter, in a similarly secretive post on her Instagram, only revealed that the performance would be “very special”. We’ve reached out to the gallery for comment. Escape the algorithm!
