His new track “Not A Word’”, a collab with Irish Boiler Room fave New Jackson, is a slow-listening take on house music with time to breathe and build. Lifted from his forthcoming album Insides, it now gets an abstract video created with direct animation techniques. “The intention of the video was to reflect both the textural qualities along with its rolling momentum”, says director Jack Featherstone of the colorful visual. “It feels analog and mechanical,” adds Fort Romeau, “which really resonates with our approach to the production and mixing of the track.” Insides is out on Ghostly on March 31 Escape the algorithm!
