In 2016, he founded Chilli Con Carner, an ADHD cooking school founded in collaboration with GOMA Projects. The school runs every summer, focusing on teaching young people aged 14-16. Now, Carner is bringing his famed cooking school to Dazed Live, where he’s teaming up with his favourite guest chef and friend, Eyram Dzotsi (AKA the founder of vegan Afro-Caribbean restaurant Garden of Afruika) to teach everyone how to make one of Garden of Afruika’s acclaimed plant-based recipes.
