The best memes from Kim Kardashian’s private island party

#thisis40

As most of us prepare for a harsh winter of solitude shielding from a second wave of coronavirus, Kim Kardashian is partying on a private island with a suspiciously large group of friends and family.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star hired the exclusive location to celebrate her birthday. “40 and feeling so humbled and blessed,” she said in an Instagram post. “Before COVID, I don’t think any of us truly appreciated what a simple luxury it was to be able to travel and be together with family and friends in a safe environment.”

She then added: “After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.” (Amazing that Kim’s friends managed to quarantine for a full two weeks and were then surprised) anyway, this post inevitably turned into a meme because it’s completely nuts.
