This time, we’re saying ‘hola’ to the queens of Spain. The Spanish spin-off of RuPaul’s iconic show was announced in November last year, joining the franchise’s ever-expanding worldwide empire. Unlike Drag Race UK and Drag Race Down Under, RuPaul won’t be heading to Spain to host Drag Race España. Instead, the series will be led by Madrid drag veteran Supremme de Luxe. The line-up – who you can meet in the gallery above – includes Arantxa Castilla La Mancha, Carmen Farala, Dovima Nurmi, Hugaceo Crujiente, Inti, Killer Queen, Pupi Poisson, Sagittaria, The Macarena, and Vulcano. Actors Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi, as well as designer Ana Locking will join as guest judges in the search for Spain’s first drag superstar. Drag Race España will premiere in May on WOW Presents Plus in the UK and on ATRESplayer PREMIUM in Spain Escape the algorithm!
