A silhouette divided into three parts is something we’ve already seen in the previous collections of Marios Schwab. Giorgio Armani, however, took that concept to an entirely new level with the summer collection for his diffusion line. Kept in the shades of white, beige and dove grey, structured jackets were layered over pedal pushers and short A-line skirts. Meanwhile, fabric manipulation – a trend we’ve already seen at Gianfranco Ferre and Gucci - gained its momentum in brocade dresses and organza shorts with thermo-welded tiles. Oversized wood-effect bangles, earrings and necklaces complimented Armani’s elegant silhouette.
