If you love a coffee table book about fashion, boy is this the week for you! Earlier, we caught up with author and archivist Laird Borelli-Persson about documenting every single Jean Paul Gaultier runway for the newest addition to the Catwalk series, and now we bring you the exciting news that Louis Vuitton has dropped a brand new monograph celebrating its 150-year history. Titled From Louis to Vuitton, the beau livre – literally meaning “beautiful book” in French – opens the doors to “Louis Vuitton’s fascinating universe and offers a visual narrative of its history, from its origins to the present day.” Split into 54 different themes (a nod to LV’s founding date of 1854), the book is designed to be read in any order, so you can pop it open at any page and get learning. In other fashion news this week, Anok Yai was crowned 2025’s Model of the Year ahead of next month’s Fashion Awards; Olivier Rousteing is no longer creative director of Balmain, stepping down from the label after 14 years; Rihanna, Rocky, Teyana Taylor and more ruled the red carpet at this year’s CFDA Awards; while Saint Laurent topped the Lyst Index of hottest brands in the world for the very first time.

Elsewhere, actor Joseph Quinn and director Luna Carmoon spoke to us about collaborating with Dario Vitale on his debut Versace campaign; the British Fashion Council revealed the 50 young honouress in its NEW WAVE: Creatives list; following Swarovski’s major Hollywood exhibit, we charted the crystalmakers history on the silver screen; and, after her untimely passing this week, we revisited our 2018 interview with Antwerp Six designer Marina Yee.
