Slouchy boots! Rubber bags! A Timberland x Telfar collab is here

The two iconic labels joined forces for a new (and extremely New York) fall-ready collection

How do you know that fall has truly arrived in New York? It’s when you start to see Timbs on everyone’s feet. Timberland, the brand best known for its chunky platform boots, is a label synonymous with New York City streetwear culture, so it’s no surprise that its latest collaboration features another iconic New York brand, Telfar.

This season, Timberland and Telfar teamed up to release styles fit for a proper New York fall. The new collection, available now at Telfar and Timberland, includes several different shoes and bags, with each crossover style perfectly encapsulating the aesthetic of both brands. The first style, the Timberland x Telfar tall pull-on boot, was inspired by the spot where your boots hit your pants, explaining its slouchy appearance. The 26-inch boots (which also come in a mini version) are unstructured and malleable, meaning you can wear them pulled up, scrunched or even folded all the way over. Also included in the collection is the Timberland x Telfar slip-on shoe, a thick pair that’s basically the loafer version of Timberland’s iconic original yellow boot.

The final styles are, of course, bags fit for the die-hard Telfar lovers. The Timberland x Telfar shopper is, according to Telfar, both their “softest and hardest collab ever”. Along with the unmistakable Telfar logo, the bag (which is available in three different sizes in wheat and black) also features rubber taken from real Timberland boots.

To match the vibe of their new slouchy boots, Telfar also designed the Timberland x Telfar slouchy bag, an entirely new silhouette for the brand. The drawstring bag, which features an orange nylon interior, is available in wheat and black in limited quantities. It can be worn held in hand, slung over the shoulder or as a cross-body bag.

You can now shop the Timberland x Telfar bags and black boots exclusively on telfar.net and in-store at 408 Broadway, New York, or the Timberland x Telfar wheat boots and loafers at timberland.com and at select Timberland and wholesale partner stores.
