Diva down! Chloë Sevigny hits the deck in her new Jimmy Choos

Don’t worry, she’s OK! In fact, she’s great – see for yourself in this new ad campaign from Jimmy Choo

By now we all know that Chloë Sevigny can’t put a foot wrong when it comes to her clothing – seriously, I cannot think of a moment in the last 30 years where she’s not managed to pull a look off, no matter how horrif the rest of us might look in it.

It’s no wonder, then, that countless brands are constantly tapping her up to star in their campaigns – from Saint Laurent and Nadia Lee Cohen’s Proustian holiday ads, to Chopova Lowena’s offbeat fairytale moment, fashion simply cannot get enough of Sevigny.

Now, she’s added another notch to her already well-notched belt (which, by the way, is probably Proenza or Phoebe Philo or something equally fab). The Party Monster legend has just been revealed as the face of Jimmy Choo’s SS25 campaign.

Stepping into a classic trench coat and slipping a series of the house’s signature pumps, stilettos and mules on, she’s also captured clutching a bunch of cute little leather party bags, and peering through a swathe of new-season sunnies and optical frames.

Case in point Chloë can do things that few of us mere mortals can pull off, she puts all the glasses on her hair like Gloria Steinem used to do – which I can attest, from personal experience, takes a special kind of person to get away with.

To celebrate, Sevigny will be hosting a  likely very fun party to launch the series during NYFW AW25, which kicks off this week. No invite? Click through the gallery above for a closer look.
