First released two decades ago, Murakami’s smiley-faced flowers on traditional LV bags quickly became a symbol of the early 2000s It-girl style. Opened on January 8, Louis Vuitton has created a special pop-up in London to celebrate the launch. Alongside being able to shop the collection, the space will also house special events and activations – one of which will be in partnership with Dazed. Taking place on Tuesday January 14, the special event will feature a conversation between Dazed’s Emma Davidson and AnOther’s Alexander Fury, centred on building a personal fashion archive. Known for his impressive personal collection, Fury will share everything from his holy grail garments and once-in-a-lifetime bargains, to insider tips on vintage stores and all the eccentric hacks archivists swear by. We’re giving a lucky few the chance to attend the exclusive evening with Louis Vuitton. To be in with a chance of winning, RSVP in the Dazed Club app. The night will also have drinks and music, so be sure not to miss out.
