What went down at H&M and NTS’ Stockholm takeover

The Swedish brand hosted its second event in its hometown on Thursday night

Last week, H&M’s global event series rolled into Stockholm for a second time, to celebrate the high street brand’s latest Holiday 2024 collection and H&M Beauty. Following stops in London, Milan and Paris, H&M’s event series has brought their festive collection alive with a distinct fusion of 60s and 70s elegance and sleek, monochromatic style.

Curated by NTS, the party brought together a crowd ready to revel in H&M’s directional vision for holiday dressing. From cosy outerwear and statement silhouettes to the shimmer of metallic accents, the night brought to life the festive, contemporary looks designed for celebrations worldwide.

Below we broke down what happened on the night.

IT TOOK PLACE IN THE HEART OF ITS HOMETOWN

Set against the eclectic vibe of central Stockholm, H&M transformed the Götgatan store with a holiday ambience that reflected the collection’s moody glamour. Think futuristic silver details, chic, dark-toned walls, and curated lighting that gave the space an intimate yet celebratory feel. The décor took a cue from the Holiday 2024 collection itself.

NTS CURATED THE LINEUP

NTS brought a high-energy lineup that carried the night to full-blown celebration, with headline sets from Oli XL and Courtsey. Other sets blended vintage beats and contemporary tracks, each DJ layered a uniquely curated soundscape that made the crowd move.

STOCKHOLM’S FASHION AND MUSIC COMMUNITY SHOWED UP

Stockholm’s style icons and creatives turned up, along with influencers and fashion editors who’ve followed the H&M event series from city to city. The night saw a mingling of fashion insiders, local trendsetters, and H&M’s loyal crowd. Notable guests included: Hanna Larsson, Jessie Grandqvist, Johanna Nordlander, Andrea Kallström, Felix Sandman, Sara Svalberg, Jasmine Lundmark, Professor Stranger, Julia Victor, Maya Nilsen, Amanda Mbalire, Ebba Lange, Sanna Johannesson, Sofi Anckarman, Sandy Alfares, Amina Birkemose and Ebba Gratte.

THREE MORE TO GO

After its splash in Stockholm, H&M’s Holiday series is far from over. Next, it’s headed to Paris, New York and Milan promising new lineups and vibes tailored to each city’s distinct character. Keep an eye on here to catch the final leg of this celebration tour and be in with the chance to attend.
