Nike spotlights five ‘fashion insiders’ and Dazed Clubbers on the rise

For its new campaign, the brand found 15 creatives from the Dazed Club community across the world who embody the Nike Tech mindset

Nike has long been at the forefront of sportswear innovation, with Nike Tech emerging as a staple for functionality and forward-thinking design. Known for its sleek aesthetic and high-performance materials, Nike Tech is crafted for everyday wear perfect for all lifestyles. In this way ensuring that style and comfort coexist effortlessly, as seen with the latest Nike Tech Woven suit. To celebrate this apex where style meets resilience, Dazed has teamed up with Nike to create a unique project that the ambition that Nike Tech fuels in today’s energised creatives.

Tapping into the worldwide Dazed community, this project showcases the exciting voices of 15 emerging talents from Dazed Club, divided into three distinct categories: Fashion Insiders, Artisans, and Culture Curators. Whether they’re curating vintage collections, redefining menswear silhouettes, or producing visually stunning films, these creatives give an authentic look into the dedication behind their success. They open up about their journeys, sharing the failures, the relentless grind, and the ups and downs that come with bringing their visions to life - all while kitted out in Nike Tech apparel.

MEET THE FASHION INSIDERS

SOJI

For fashion designer Soji, intuition guides his innovative designs. Under his eponymous brand, Soji Solarin, he brings a tailored and personal touch to streetwear. He embraces redirection, often discovering improved solutions when things don’t go as planned. “When something doesn’t go as planned, I like to take a break and do something I enjoy,” he shares.

CHARLIE

Vintage curator Charlie underscores the importance of perseverance, sifting through discarded clothes to find hidden gems. Presentation is key: he crafts captions, images, and music to elevate his posts. “Work hard and enjoy what you do,” he tells Dazed. “To work in an industry that you love is really special.”

LUCIEN

Filmmaker Lucien values focus and direction in his creative process. He shares that “...concentration has allowed me to turn my passion into my job.” Lucien dedicates hours to post-production tasks, like colour grading and final edits, to achieve his polished finished work. He notes, “You've got to learn to love the process… if you don’t enjoy it, it’s not worth it.”

HORACIO

Mexico City-based artist Horacio uses his work to explore human identity and emotional duality, often portraying surreal bodies that reflect his inner experiences. As a director at Gospel Estudios, Horacio emphasises that true strength comes from interconnected support systems.

SALVADOR

Menswear editor and stylist Salvador finds inspiration everywhere; whether it’s while sitting for a coffee or walking along the street. Within his styling work, Salvador emphasises the importance of both creativity and organisation. “I take a lot of pride in how well organised I am, I’m very disciplined,” he tells us. From printed lookbooks to pre-assembled outfits, he relies on this discipline and planning to excel in his field.
