The best looks from Yung Lean’s sold-out London show

The Stockholm rapper played a sold-out show in Camden on Friday night – here are some of the best fits we saw on the night

Yung Lean is back. Earlier this year, the Stockholm rapper released a surprise album Psykos with Drain Gang’s Bladee, the behind-the-scenes of which you can check out here, featuring a surprisingly rock-orientated sound and spoken words like, “I woke up in the border of chaos and order”.

It’s been a minute since we last saw Yung Lean perform on stage, the last time being the 2022 tour for his 12-track mixtape Stardust, which included collaborations by the likes of FKA twigs and Skrillex. When he announced the London dates for his most recent show at KOKO in Camden, tickets sold out instantly, which is unsurprising considering his insanely dedicated fanbase.

With the woody scent of Le Labo The Noir 29 wafting through the crowd (a regular fixture at any Sadboys and Drain-affiliated nights), hundreds of fans packed the multi-level halls as Lean and Bladee took to the stage accompanied by a live band and the Psykos cover art hanging from the back. We sent a photographer to capture the energy and idiosyncratic style of fans in and around the sold-out show. Take a look in the gallery above.
