More street style from Copenhagen SS24

From torn-up, floor-sweeping skirts and XXL chains, to faux fur maxi-hats and kaleidoscopic clashing patterns, the fashion crowd turned it out at a soggy iteration of CPHFW

In recent years, Copenhagen Fashion Week has become less about about cut-and-paste Scandi style and more about experimental, change-making design thanks to a new gen of forward-thinking creatives. This season saw the likes of PLN and Latimmier take their places on the SS24 schedule alongside A Roege Hove and Nicklas Skovgaard, while those in the audience planned their subversive looks accordingly.

As lensed by photographer Verona Farrell, guests turned to bright, eccentric styles for the week, from all-pink Y2K looks accessorised with XXL, flower-shaped pillows to torn-up, to spray-painted maxi skirts and long fringed handbags. Elsewhere, gold chains were blown up to giant proportions, suede jackets came with oversized fur collars, and mis-matched scarves were belted together into a matching set and paired with a blue fur baseball cap and high-heeled Converse, of course. Oh, and ICYMI, the wet look was in for the new season
