Nicki Minaj features on a new single to celebrate her upcoming Fendi collab

Officially available in October, the collection embraces both Minaj and Fendi’s playful aesthetics

Despite announcing her retirement from music earlier this month, Nicki Minaj features on new single, “Fendi”, by PnB Rock and Murda Beatz. The song celebrates the launch of her collaboration with the Italian clothing brand.

Titled FENDI Prints On, the capsule is emblematic of the brand’s iconic and playful DNA. Teasing the collaboration on her Instagram earlier this month, the singer posted pictures of herself and other models in a Barbie-inspired photo shoot.

Shot by Steven Klein, the campaign and video shows Minaj and co. wearing a series of hot pink bomber jackets, silver bikinis, and form-fitting dresses embossed with the signature Fendi logo. The collection also features a hoodie detailed with a caricature like drawings of the “Anaconda” singer.

The song is the official track for the FENDI Prints On Campaign, which drops on October 16.
