Saul Nash joins Fashion East menswear line-up

The RCA graduate will present his SS20 collection alongside returning designers Mowalola and Robyn Lynch

While it might feel like AW19’s menswear shows took place approximately four minutes ago, SS20(!) is nearly upon us. This time around, there’s going to be a few changes, as Miuccia Prada ditches Milan in favour of Shanghai, and Clare Waight Keller presents her first ever standalone Givenchy men’s show at Pitti Uomo in Florence.

Meanwhile, in London, the Fashion East line-up is also shifting, as former Dazed 100er Stefan Cooke flies the nest and heads out on his own. Which raises the inevitable question: who’s taking his place?

As revealed today, joining this season is RCA graduate Saul Nash, who made his debut a January’s edition of LFWM with an intimate, choreographed performance. Renowned for his streetwear-inspired aesthetic, with collections made up of unrestrictive, nylon track pants, vests, and windbreakers, Nash’s approach is rooted in exploring the many facets of masculinity.

“The hit I get from these three designers and their work is pure energy with conviction, poise, talent, and a unique point of view,” says Lulu Kennedy, founder and director of Fashion East. “All important qualities we look for in individuals and we’re thrilled to present three such talents all in one show!”

Alongside Mowalola Ogunlesi and Robyn Lynch, who this season will present their sophomore collections as members of Lulu Kennedy’s fold, Nash will make his runway debut on June 9.
