Hedi Slimane’s second campaign for Celine is here

The AW19 collection is lensed by the designer

Back in March, Hedi Slimane presented his second collection for Celine, since being appointed artistic, creative and image director at the Parisian label. 

For AW19, the designer went in a more ladylike direction – with the collection featuring relaxed 80s silhouettes in the form of shearling-lined jackets over stonewash jeans and skirt/blazer combos. 

Now, the designer has turned his eye towards the season’s accompanying imagery, today releasing his second campaign. Shot in his signature black-and-white style (although there’s some colour too), the series features models Marland and Adrien wearing looks from the sophomore collection.

In addition to the images, a video has also been released, featuring the posing models with the soundtrack in the form of Shitkid’s “Yooouuu”. Check it out below.
