After teaming up at the beginning of the year, adidas Originals and cult 70s and 80s brand Fiorucci have partnered once again on the second drop of their collaboration. As two brands that have a shared vision to inspire creativity, champion inclusivity, and understand the importance of youth culture, it’s no surprise they’re back together again.
Following the first collaboration earlier, that came to life with a collection that was vibrant and gave off an effortlessly ‘cool’ attitude, the two also threw a launch party on Valentine’s Day, bringing the likes of Dazed100ers Jayda G and Peach to play in celebration.
Teaming up for their second collaboration, the newest collection is dropping just in time to become your ultimate holiday wardrobe. With summer around the corner, the campaign will make you wish you were lounging by the pool wearing a bright orange three-stripe swimsuit and matching Fiorucci branded sliders. Showing vibrant, cropped tees paired with comfy shorts and sport-style apparel, you are transported to adidas and Fiorucci’s dream holiday location.
Mixing the old with the new, the collection sees reworked pieces from the adidas Originals archive to create a new and innovative collection. Think classic adidas three-stripe designs meets bold Fiorucci graphics. Combining adidas’ rich sporting heritage with the iconic history of Elio Fiorucci throughout the 70s and 80s, this capsule collection brings back their classic styles with a fresh and fun aesthetic.
