Choosing to forgo the chaos is Emporio Armani, ditching its regular menswear offering in favour for a co-ed show on the womenswear schedule in September. It is not currently known whether or not this will be a permanent move, or just for this season but Armani is not the first Italian label to go co-ed. Both Gucci and Dsquared2 combined their collections in favour of two shows a year, on the womenswear, and menswear schedules respectively. Fans of founder and designer Giorgio Armani’s work need not worry, his eponymous label will still present its SS19 menswear collection on June 18.
