You’ve seen the lights go up, the trees get decorated, you’re hearing the songs played just about everywhere you go, and people keep reminding you that it’s the most wonderful time of the year. And let’s be honest; it so totally is. You can totally justify whacking the heating on, Netflix and chilling, and every kind of alcohol is suddenly being mulled.

Also, there is always an excuse to go shopping, because you’ve gotta (maybe buy some presents but mostly) look fresh for party season. Enter, stage left: BIMBA Y LOLA, the Spain-based label by sisters Uxía and María Dominguez and their Christmas capsule collection of clothes and accessories.

We all know the enjoyment that comes from getting ready for a big party. Getting dressed, getting advice, changing your outfit, assessing your accessories, deciding whether your shoes are going to allow you to make it home when it’s 3am and, of course, taking your pre-party photo. In case you were in need of inspiration for this season though, we armed photographer Rachel Lamb and stylist Chloe Grace Press with BIMBA Y LOLA’s Christmas capsule collection. Check the photos above to see how they got on.
