The decor is clean, minimal, with black and white walls, concrete floors and polished steel, thus encompassing a modern gallery feel. Garments are hung as works of art and you can discover display cabinets for curiosities in the shape of accessories from the new collection, which allow the viewer the autonomy to explore from a multitude of angles. The shop will house Damir Doma’s Spring Summer 09 collection of draping and soft folds with fluid fabrics creating layers of contrast, flitting between dark and light in faded whites, pale blues and slate greys.The Croatian designer was raised in Germany, educated in Berlin and Munich and worked under the golden hand of Raf Simons and Dirk Schoemberger; he cites many artists work as inspiration including Gottfield Helnwein and Gerhard Richter.
