WHAT IS IT? Brand: Kiehl’s Product: Skin Rescuer Stress Minimising Daily Hydrator Price: £30 Kiehl's WHY SHOULD YOU CARE? If there’s one thing that I always double check that I am stocked up on it’s Kiehl’s Skin Rescuer. I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis – thanks to my dad, who I inherited it from – a chronic form of eczema which is primarily triggered by stress and causes scaly patches of skin and redness around my nose and eyebrow area. Unfortunately, there’s no cure for it and I tried tons and tons of products, from moisturisers to serums to masks, but Kiehl’s Skin Rescuer, really lives up to its name and is the only thing that has worked. Since I started using it, it has helped greatly in preventing outbreaks and really soothes the area, especially when it’s inflamed. Although it’s light it’s still an intense moisturiser, that doesn’t leave the area greasy, but rather with a dewy touch. I use it once a day and you can really implement it anywhere in your beauty routine depending on your needs; you can wear it on its own, mix it with your moisturiser/SPF, under make-up, before bed – anywhere really that suits your needs! For those that do suffer from seborrheic dermatitis though, all I am going to say is, thank me later! QUICKFIRE QUESTIONS It sounds like… Eureka! If it was a TV show it would be... Extreme Makeover: Beauty Edition If it was an astrological sign it would be… A Pisces because it’s here to save the day with its anti-stress support. If I could go back in time and give this product to anybody it would be... My dad, so he can pass down the knowledge to me. Escape the algorithm!
