There’s the bleached crop Madonna of “Papa Don’t Preach”, the big 80s hair Madonna of Desperately Seeking Susan and “Like a Virgin”. A League of Their Own Madonna rocked dark curls and red lips, while the current Madame X-era Madge has made perfect blonde locks and an eye patch her signature. In 2014, Madonna launched her own luxury skincare line hilariously named MDNA, but it was only a matter of time before she put her name to make-up and now that time has come. It has been announced that the singer has teamed up with make-up brand Too Faced (of peach-scented eyeshadow fame) on two make-up kits based around two of her upcoming looks on the Madame X tour. Taking to Instagram, Too Faced founder Jerrod Blandino wrote, “I’m beyond excited to finally be able to reveal that my girl Madonna & I created two Gooooorgeous makeup kits based on her two iconic looks from the upcoming #madamextour.” The two kits come with a combination of Too Faced exclusives as well as brand bestsellers, including a liquid lipstick, an eyeshadow palette and mascara and each retail at $75. There is a catch, however, the kits are only available from the Madame X pop-up shop in New York and for a very limited time. They dropped on Friday (September 13) and are only available until this Thursday so be quick if you are looking to get your hands on it. Escape the algorithm!
