Partnering with Inc.redible Cosmetics, the collection is inspired by the nonagenarian’s silver-haired and silver-tongued style, and is all about encouraging us to #beyourbaddestself. With something for everyone, the three-product strong collection includes the Baddie Double Perks Rainbow Sheet Boob Mask - a sheet mask for your breasts rich in Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid, two chemicals that aid aged skin that might lack in retaining moisture; a sweet strawberry scented rollerball lip gloss nostalgic of Baddie’s prime in the 90s; and the Got the Gold Highlighter which comes in the shape of Baddie’s face, while the accompanying campaign showcases Baddie in her finest, most colourful form: dripping in jewels (a particular ravishing choker with her birth year “1928” emblazed in diamonds), a Big Bird yellow fur jacket, and a hot pink nylon trench. This isn’t Baddie’s first brush with beauty. After her discovery in 2014, thanks to her great-granddaughter posting a now viral photo of her clad in daisy dukes and marijuana socks, Baddie skyrocketed into the hearts of social media royalty, landing her a spot as Urban Decay’s Monthly Muse in 2016. Apart from general style-icon diary duties, she’s accompanied Miley Cyrus to the VMA’s, had some very serious chats with Khloe Kardashian, and been focusing on her five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She lives with her granddaughter and great-grandaughter, in Knoxville, TN. The collection is available now at Sephora, all under $20. A UK launch date has yet to be announced.
