The best work is then judged and shortlisted by some of the biggest names in the business, before being profiled on the NOISE website and through a network of media partners – giving the next generation of UK talent the exposure they need to break into the creative industries. This year, judges include Mercury Prize-winning musician Badly Drawn Boy, acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid and eco-chic fashion designer NOKI. The deadline for submissions is midnight on 1st September 2008. To submit and for more information, go to www.noisefestival.com. NOISE Festival 2008 is an Arts Council funded project.
