As of last night, the full cast list for the David Lynch-directed series is now public knowledge: with over 200 musicians and actors all confirmed to be making an appearance. The list – which was posted on the show’s Facebook page on Monday (April 25) – features a number of seriously surprising additions. Musicians like Sky Ferreira, Trent Reznor, Eddie Vedder, Au Revoir Simone and Sharon Van Etten are all included, as well as Michael Cera, Monica Bellucci, Tim Roth, Naomi Watts and Ashley Judd. Jennifer Jason Leigh and Laura Dern are also confirmed. As for returning cast members, the list includes a number of actors and actresses from the original series; like Kyle MacLachlan, Sherilyn Fenn, David Duchovny, and the late Catherine Coulson. In fact, the only really noticeable omission is Lara Flynn Boyle’s Donna, who reportedly turned down the opportunity. “The cameras have stopped rolling,” announced the post sharing the news. “A key piece of the mystery is revealed. Welcome back* to Twin Peaks.” See the full list below: The Twin Peaks reboot will premiere on Showtime in 2017. Escape the algorithm!
