Cornwall native Dufort does undone glamour like no one else, whether capturing Pamela Anderson applying lippy or Lindsey Wixson walking into a pole. His current fave? “Kim Kardashian. She really harnessed the power of social media.” Not that Dufort relies too much on Twitter – he’s working on a magazine to showcase personal work without the constraints of publishing for next year. Having shot Jacquemus (#71 in the 100!) for this issue, 2015 already looks great for Johnny.

What was your defining pop culture moment of 2014?

Johnny Dufort: Meeting Pamela Anderson.

What’s your favourite song and movie of 2014?

Johnny Dufort: I liked Under the Skin. Music-wise, I liked Clap! Clap!’s new album, Tayi Bebba.

How do you think style and pop culture will change in 2015?
