Listen to Teyana Taylor’s new, Kanye-produced album Keep That Same Energy

Mykki Blanco and more feature on the final album from Ye’s Wyoming sessions

Earlier this week, Teyana Taylor hosted an album listening party for her new record Keep That Same Energy in Los Angeles, California. The album is the final Kanye West-produced release to come from his sessions in Wyoming, and like DAYTONA, ye, and Kids See Ghosts, Taylor’s record is a short seven tracks long.

The listening party kicked off in a studio set modelled after Taylor’s hometown, Harlem, complete with NYPD cop cars. According to a tweet from Kim Kardashian West, Kanye was still finishing up the album on a flight back from Paris (where he was at Virgil Abloh’s debut Louis Vuitton runway show) today.

The album features guest appearances from Kanye, Ty Dolla $ign, and, perhaps most surprisingly, rapper Mykki Blanco. “SO HAPPY THIS SONG CAME OUT!” Mykki tweeted about the album’s “Werk this Pussy” (titled “WTP” on the album). “Meeting and having the chance to work with the genius of @kanyewest and all of the musical genius involved in the GOOD MUSIC camp was life changing!”

Merchandise from the record is available here. Listen below.
