Calling all skaters! This is your chance to join us at a 25-hour skatepark

Hosted by Samsung, the event gives Dazed Clubbers the chance to have a private skate session at sunrise in London

As part of a bigger push to keep UK skateparks open longer, Samsung UK – together with Skateboard GB and EE – are opening a skatepark for 25 hours straight at BaySixty6 on March 19, which transforms with the colours of daylight. Along with keeping the park open longer than ever, the schedule is packed with events that blend skate culture with leading capture. The idea is simple: the more time on your board, the better content captured on the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

On launch day, expect demos from Samsung’s team of Pro Skaters and Olympian Sky Brown, music from James Threlfall, and skate sessions with the likes of Jordan Thackeray and Alex DeCunha, with plenty of opportunities to get your hands on Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra. Try out Ultra Wide Capture in the Ultra Wide bowl, beat the score on True Skate, or see just how sharp Natural Portrait is, on photos with your favourite skater. And of course, try out Nightography Video as we head into the night. Limited spaces are available to join the skate celebration, sign up now.

As the city wakes up, Dazed Club will also host a special sunrise session, bringing together London’s skate and creative scenes for an early morning roll-out. Whether you’re up at first light or still skating from the night before, it’s a chance to enjoy the 25-hour takeover with fellow Dazed Club creatives. Sign up via the Dazed Club app for exclusive access.

When day arrives, those who want to capture more than just the tricks can book a session with Olympic skate photographer Garry Jones who is hosting a dedicated photography session at BaySixty6, powered by the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This session gives guests a chance to explore mobile photography at its best. Jones will break down the art of framing, motion shots, and freezing fast action, while pro skater Josh Mayson does his thing.

Beyond skating, Skateboard GB will lead an in-depth talk on how to get new skateparks built in your local community, covering everything from community engagement to funding and navigating planning permissions. Hosted by Chris Lawton, the panel will share insights on making real changes for the UK skate scene.

Sign up for the launch event at BaySixty6 on March 19 here and head here to join the Dazed Club sunrise skate session on March 20. Check out the full schedule here.
