What went down at this year’s Dazed 100 party

Hosted at Colour Factory, the night saw performances from the likes of horsegiirL, BAMBII and Mina G

The 2024 edition of the Dazed 100 is here! Released last week, this year the Dazed 100, unlike ever before, Dazed teams from across the world came together to spotlight names across all industries who are making an impact in their own way.

To celebrate, on Thursday night over 600 people took to Colour Factory in Hackney Wick for our Dazed 100 party. From live performances to DJ sets, below we broke down everything that took place.

THERE WERE PERFORMANCES ALL NIGHT

Tapping into London’s creative community, the evening featured a lineup of past and present Dazed 100 talent with special guest DJ sets.

Kickstarting the night was James Massiah, followed by a live performance by BXKS. Nuisance (Hasani B2B Miss Jason) were up next, before horsegiirL and BAMBII. Mina G closed the night out with Club Stamina.

ALL OF THE LONDON CLUB KIDS WERE THERE

A true mix of Dazed past and present figures, creatives and collaborators, the night was filled with excited “what are you doing here” style unexpected run-ins in the smoking area and on the dancefloor.

As well as a good plethora of all the London club kids, key names in attendance included the likes of Dazed Winter cover star Pa Salieu, Lennon Gallagher, Indira Scott, Saul Nash, Michaela Stark, Kiki Willems, kwn, Julia Campbell Gillies, Izzy Richmond, Bibi Abdulkadir, Lava La Rue, Bee Beardsworth, Pam Hughes, Julia Campbell Gillies, Ellen Atlanta, Jonas Glöer, Flohio, Jess Kohl, Sauzsha, Virginie Moreira, Jacqueline Landvik, Rhian Teasdale, K Bailey Obazee, Stephen Isaac Wilson, Gary Card, Viola Prettejohn, Darkwah, Virgin X, Danni Spooner, Jebi Labembika, Hélène Selam Kleih, and Dodo Potato.

THE ENERGY WAS POWERED BY ENGINE

Courtesy of the Gin brand Engine, the party was filled with Gin cocktails all night, served in cute can cups reminiscent of the brand’s nod to petrol and industrial can branding. By halfway through the night, there were towers of empty cans with splashes of the classic Engine Negroni sticking to the floor.

Overheard in the smoking area: “Do you think it’s wrong if I steal this cup?” OG Dazed fans and collaborators will remember, the “IF YOU CAN’T AFFORD IT, STEAL IT” motto, so to the person (or people) sipping their orange juice trying to cure their G&T hangover this morning in a cup from the party... it’s OK, we approve.
