Big Coat Season: Yves Salomon is all wrapped up for autumn

The French maison teams up with photographer Sioh and stylist Fernami Eso in a fashion special from our winter 2024 issue

With Big Coat Season well and truly upon us, the Dazed print team have joined forces with photographer Sioh, stylist Feranmi Eso and French heritage house Yves Salomon for our latest fashion special, swaddling models in some cold weather appropriate garb. Thanks to the brand, they’re in good hands – Yves Salomon has been making outerwear since the 1920s, and for its AW24 collection has refined the formula and introduced some quite lovely stuff.

In the spread, models cosy up to one another wearing the label’s faux-fur coats and shearling vests, while others go for more traditional tweed peacoats or modern leather trenches. Elsewhere, others head to work in grey blazers, smart suits, and office appropriate pumps, proving that 2024’s corporate fashion obsession just might be carrying over into the new year. And though a couple of models have unfortunately forgotten their trousers, at least they don’t seem to be too bothered about it.
