Come to Dazed’s talk with Astrid Andersen in Copenhagen

We’re celebrating the launch of her new brand STEL on August 8

We are long-term fans of Astrid Andersen, the RCA graduate whose eponymous label was a fixture at Fashion East and beyond. Now, luckily for us, the designer is back with fashion and lifestyle brand STEL, which means ‘Body’ in Danish, in line with Andersen’s inclusive design ethos.

To celebrate their Collection 01 (styled by none other than A$AP Nast) launching during Copenhagen Fashion Week, Dazed’s Editorial Director Ted Stansfield will be in conversation with Andersen, discussing what it’s like to come back with version 2.0 of your design vision, designing with sustainability in mind, and her ambitions for the future. “This is tailoring you can skate in, denim you can dance in and shirting you can travel in,” says Andersen.

The talk will be held at The Krane in Copenhagen at 2:30 on August 8 – sign up for your place here.

We’re also looking for up-and-coming photographers to capture the talk, the STEL presentation from 1 to 3PM on the 7th, and the after-party at 10PM on the 7th too! If you’re interested, just email clubbers@dazedmedia.com – either for yourself or to recommend someone in your creative network.
