Just Kids! This shoot captures the adolescent spirit behind Dior Men

Photographer Samuel Bradley and stylist Lawrie Abei capture a playful scene for the autumn issue of Dazed

Samuel Bradley and Lawrie Abei take us back to the golden days of field trips in our autumn 2023 issue. The kind of trips that were less about learning boring information and more about running wild in the real world and trying to impress with your best out of school outfit, featuring Dior’s black boot, knitted jumpers, and waterproof jackets.

Abei’s creations are the uniforms we all wish we had. Instead of taking notes, the models are carrying each other on their backs, laying in the flowers, jumping through inflated water rings, and hiding from the adults taking a nap. Behind the fitted shirts and tailored jackets, these are just kids navigating freedom and responsibility for the first time. What could possibly go wrong?
