Virgil Abloh drops a cryptic clue ahead of his upcoming Off-White show

Register for the designer’s SS21 presentation now

The coronavirus might have brought much of our lives to a grinding halt (see: understatement), but one thing it’s been unable to curtail is creativity. Getting set to present what he’s been working on for SS21 over at Off-White™ is Virgil Abloh, who will drop his latest collection for the label next week.

Taking place on February 2, the ‘Imaginary TV’ show will take place via a new digital format, and see menswear and womenswear combined into a co-ed offering. With further details being kept under wraps until the day itself, Abloh hints at a format that connects us all, despite our ongoing socially-distanced situations.

“Think personal connections through a public platform,” he reveals. “Connecting the dots of distance through a global language. Linking up, even though we may be thousands of miles apart.”

Famed for his conceptual, highly considered take on fashion – and driving the industry forward for a new era – when it comes to the collection itself, there are no further clues, meaning you’ll just have to tune in on February 2. What we do know, however, is that fans of the brand won’t have to wait long to get their hands on it, as the offering lands on Farfetch and Off-White™ shortly after the show.
