Caymanian photographer, model and activist Ren Mars' photographic identity was born from a desire to document and replicate the vibrance, noise, and atmosphere of alternative queer night-culture, fashion, and beauty in pictures.
Since 2018, Mars has shot events, demonstrations, portraits, and archive material in and around LGBTQ+ spaces across London; acting as in-house photographer for performance hub The Chateau, Dalston-based trans+ activism and liberation collective TransMissions, and documenting London Trans+ Pride. Their work continues to be heavily shaped by the aesthetics of queerness, typically featuring trans and non-binary bodies.
Ibby Njoya is a British-Cameroonian artist and set designer based in London. A regular Dazed contributor, Njoya is fascinated by the process of conceptualising, getting lost in the mundane and allowing for ideas to bloom through conversation and meditation, Njoya has quickly made his mark in the fashion world with his signature illustrations.
