Dazed Maxx is coming to New York, LA and Atlanta

One day, three cities, three covers, three collectives: For the first time ever, Dazed will be doing three magazine drops across multiple cities, so you can grab a copy of the special issue

On Monday (April 7), Dazed and Nike launched Dazed Maxx, the first-ever US edition and sport-led edition of Dazed magazine.

This Thursday (April 10), you can pick up a limited edition copy of the new magazine. For the first time ever, we will be hosting three magazine drops, in three US cities on the same day. Join us from 6pm at 194 in Los Angeles, LAAMS in New York or Westside Motor Lounge in Atlanta to celebrate the launch of the special issue. There will be Dazed Maxx tees, stickers, soft drinks, limited edition posters and (of course) plenty of Dazed Maxx issues.

In LA, cover star and founder of Crenshaw Skate Club Tobey McIntosh and DJs NPC Milo, No Plastic and Quinn Blake, will host with LA hip hop icon Tommy the Clown. We will be serving LA’s finest elotes, and you'll have a chance to get a limited, customised Dazed Maxx skateboard.

In New York, Marz Lovejoy, founder of biking community And Still We Ride, will host the mag drop in one her favourite spots, LAAMS, alongside co-hosts Black Girl Fight Club’s Gabirelle Narcisse and Ariana Simone Duplechain. The event will include a wheelie show, fresh produce bags from Food with Fam, a cake by Yip Studios, music from DJs Dylan Ali and Sunny Cheeba and a chance to win a T-shirt.

Legendary cultural pioneer Chilly-O will host our Atlanta event, bringing the worlds of sneaker culture, fashion and sports together, with customised t-shirts by celebrity favorite airbrush artist Icon Will. The line up includes DJs Tyreek Morrison, Jagu4r and Champagne Trap, with a special live performance by UHLTRALORD

Dazed Maxx magazine drop events will take place on April 10, from 6 to 8pm at 194 Los Angeles (4355 Melrose Ave, LA), LAAMS (74 Orchard St, New York) and Westside Motor Lounge (725 Echo St NW, Atlanta). Reserve your spot in LA, New York and Atlanta now.
