“I really love this colour. It was a Versace show two or three years ago that I did this hair, and Donatella and I were influenced by Keith Flint from the band The Prodigy in the 90s, who had this punk haircut with horns. It still feels cool to me to dye your hair in such a vivid way – it’s an accessory to who you are. When I was growing up it was outrageous to dye your hair a colour, and when punk started people would cross the road when they saw someone with blue hair. It felt like a violation to society.”
