Watch the eerie first trailer for Black Mirror Season Three

The series is coming to Netflix on October 21

The first trailer for the new season of Black Mirror has finally been unveiled, just two weeks before the cult sci-fi series’ Netflix premiere.

The Charlie Brooker-written show, which normally consists of three standalone episodes per season, will return with a “six part anthology” on October 21. While plot details are still under wraps, the trailer shows that fans can expect more uncanny insight into the dangers of modern technology. This includes, by the looks of it, an episode on social media obsession, AI intelligence, and global warming.

The two-minute clip also features appearances from Bryce Dallas Howard, Mackenzie Davis and James Norton, as well as a brief preview of Geoff Barrow (of Portishead’s) score. Watch it in full above.
