“Oversaturated, overstimulated, and buried beneath conflicting narratives,” read the show notes for the collection, describing the overwhelming digital landscape of TikToks, product launches, and creative director change-ups within fashion today. In hopes to combat the overload of information, Torishéju’s SS26 runway showcased a series of fashion uniforms – from military to school and industrial looks – all twisted and distorted from their original silhouettes to represent how our body interacts with what’s online.
