Predictably (given Jeremy Allen White’s internet-breaking Calvin Klein shoot from earlier this year) the star of The Bear sparked some less-than-decent thoughts with his ‘pearly white tuxedo’ as he went up to collect his award for best actor in a comedy, only to be upstaged by co-star Ayo Edebiri, who took home her own award for the same show, in a black Louis Vuitton dress. Elsewhere, Schiaparelli continued its sartorial dominance of awards season via Natasha Lyonne’s space-age silver dress, feat knitted silver breasts, while others channelled a more low-key brand of Old Hollywood glamour.
