Last night marked the 75th annual Emmy Awards, meaning yet another red carpet opportunity for stars to trot out their priciest gowns, and/or tailored suits and little dickie bows, for the entertainment press and, by extension, the world at large. Having waited several months for this year’s ceremony – which was delayed due to last year’s Hollywood strikes – you’d think that everyone was just gasping to make a splash in their most extravagant outfits, right? Well, not really, by the looks of things! But they were wearing clothes, and some of them were quite nice. Which is what we’re here to talk about today...
